Alayans BV is a Belgian software company building an AI project assistant for project managers. The product is designed around a simple observation: the details that move a project forward already live in meetings, email, notes, and the tools a team uses. Project managers should not have to copy that context from one system to another before software can help.
What we build
alayans records online and in-person meetings, follows relevant project email, and turns that communication into a living memory for each project. It prepares follow-up emails, calendar changes, and task updates for review. The project manager stays in control: proposed actions can be approved, adjusted, or declined before they reach the rest of the team.
We build for people coordinating several projects at once who need continuity without another layer of manual administration. alayans is available on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android and connects with the communication and project tools teams already use.
