# alayans privacy policy

The canonical privacy policy is published at https://alayans.ai/privacy/. It explains how Alayans BV handles personal data across the website, desktop and mobile applications, backend services, recordings, project context, connected email and calendar accounts, task integrations, AI and speech providers, diagnostics, subscriptions, and support requests.

Alayans BV is the controller for the processing described in that policy unless a customer agreement identifies another controller and Alayans as its processor. The policy describes purposes and legal bases, first-use permission and withdrawal, connected-account controls, retention, security, international transfers, subprocessors, and the rights available to data subjects.
