# alayans — an AI project assistant that knows your projects

alayans is built for project managers. It records online and in-person meetings, follows relevant incoming and outgoing project email, and turns both into a living memory for each project. From that context it prepares follow-up emails, calendar changes, and task updates. Nothing is sent or changed without the project manager's approval.

## When alayans is useful

Use alayans when project details are spread across calls, site visits, hallway conversations, inboxes, calendars, and task tools. It is especially useful for project managers coordinating several projects in parallel who spend too much time repeating context or updating systems after the work has already happened.

alayans is not positioned as an autonomous replacement for project judgment. It prepares grounded next actions that a person can approve, adjust, or decline.

## How it works

### Capture meetings without a meeting bot

The desktop app records system audio and microphone audio directly, so it works with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, and other meeting platforms without adding another participant to the call. The mobile app records in-person meetings. Notes, photos, screenshots, and images can be attached while a recording is in progress.

### Keep project email in context

alayans screens relevant incoming and outgoing email, associates it with the right project, and uses it to keep project memory current. Project managers do not need to forward, tag, or re-file the same information for the assistant.

### Prepare controlled next actions

After a meeting or email, alayans can prepare follow-up messages, calendar proposals, and changes for task tools including Jira, ClickUp, Linear, Trello, Microsoft To Do, Asana, and Monday.com. The project manager reviews the queue before anything happens.
